REITs

Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITs, are companies that own, operate, or finance portfolios of income producing real estate. 1031 DSTs

1031 Delaware Statutory Trusts, or DSTs, allow investors to hold beneficial interests in real estate that is owned by a trust. DST interests can be used as replacement property in a 1031 exchange, subject to IRS requirements, sponsor offerings, and suitability. These structures provide access to larger, professionally managed real estate projects while the investor holds a fractional interest in the trust.

Private Placements

These investments are often less liquid and may involve higher levels of risk than publicly traded securities.
